Check-in / Check-out:

• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
• Check-in time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to check in early, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged based on the extra hours for checking in before 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $20-$30 will be charged for extensions based on the extra hours.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability.

Key and Remote usage deposit:

• USD 10 will be collected from the guest during check-in and given back if the guest hands over the remote and key safe to the Front Desk during check-out.

Property Payments Types:

• Sky-Palace Inn & Suites Wichita East accepts Visa, Master card, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, American Express and Cash. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Pet Policy:

• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 25 per pet, per night.
• Only one pet allowed per room.
• Dogs allowed must weigh below 20 kg.
• Pitbull, Doberman, and German Shepherd breeds are banned from the property.
• Guests with service dogs must provide proof of service dog status to avail of a free pet fee.

Children & Beds:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Kids stay free! Children stay free when using existing bedding.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guest can cancel reservation for free with more than 24 hours prior notice. If guest cancel within 24 hours of their check-in day, they will be charged for one night stay no matter the number of stay days.

No-Show Policy:

• 100% of first night will be charged.
